At The Classic Drive, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and ready to enjoy the drive.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All products are produced on demand. However, they are not personalized or custom-made unless explicitly stated.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The item must be in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage caused by the customer, or misuse are not eligible for refund.
We do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Print-On-Demand Products
Because our clothing is printed on demand, we kindly ask customers to carefully review sizing and product details before ordering.
Returns are accepted within 30 days only if the product is unused and in original condition.
We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement free of charge.
We do not require the item to be returned in case of confirmed production defects unless requested.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days
- Return shipping costs are not refunded
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be rejected.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
